3. To be a resource for fresh graduates and National Service Personnel, to gain confidence, competency and corporate skills and to enable them excel in the business and corporate world.

 

4. To be a resource for knowledge acquisition, information sharing, practical skills building by sharing our stories, experiences, failures, successes, lessons and wisdom acquired and keep acquiring.

 

5. To be a resource of help by motivating, supporting, encouraging, walking you through, counseling and mentoring.

 

6. To be a bridge connecting the business community with the limitless potential of young adults when given opportunity through our capacity building by guiding, teaching and training - Coaching.

 

7. To be recognized as an expert coaching, training and ongoing mentoring resource for young adults, about-to-graduate, fresh graduates, National Service Personnel and career beginners to be the agency of choice for the provision of these services.

 

8. To grow mentors (big sisters and big brothers) out of our mentees, after we have achieved collective impact for positive systemic change and measurable results.
