Big Sis Duku

Ms. Duku Plange is a Business Development Professional with an in-depth understanding of identifying opportunities, strategic business planning, project management and corporate

 

social responsibility. With over 9 years working experience spanning from Hospitality, NGO Management, Oil & Gas, Energy and self-business owning, she's acquired relevant skills and wants to share.

 

She currently manages the Assimilation Department of a multi-national organisation, as well as teaching and training on specific skills set and corporate grooming for the organisation.

 

She's the founder of Big Sis Duku Initiative (BSDI) - a dynamic mentoring program, and the Grown Woman Network - an instagram page on women development. She also runs her own company called Plange Star Ltd, providing varied goods, services and solutions to business entities.

 

She completed her first degree in BSc Physics from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, and is currently pursuing masters in Supply Chain Management from Coventry University, UK.
