Big Sis Vanessa

Mrs. Vanessa Adu-Akorsah is the Principal for New Horizon Special School. The New Horizon Special is a Registered Non-Profit Institution in Ghana, which provides education and training for children and adults

with mental disability.

 

Vanessa has an insatiable passion of serving Christ through service to children with development delays. She volunteers with Agape House New Testament Church and other community partners in providing spiritual, emotional and physical support to their families and caregivers.

 

Vanessa holds Bachelor of Education (Mathematics) from the University of Cape-Coast and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Oxford College of Education and Qualified Teachers Status (QTS) England. Vanessa attended St. Roses Secondary School and St. Mary’s High school for the Ordinary and Advance levels respectively. She is married with three children.
