Big Sis Sandra

Mrs. Sandra Asiedu is a banker by profession with 17 years of experience in the industry and held various roles in retail and corporate banking. Her vast wealth of experience covers Sales, Customer Service, Retail Banking, Private Banking, branch management, Cash Management & Trade Finance.

 

Sandra is currently responsible for Cash Management Sales across all 33 countries within the Ecobank Group and also has oversight of the Corporate Customer Service unit based for servicing Corporate clients operating across the group.

 

Prior to joining Ecobank in 2013, Sandra was Regional Transactional Banker, at Standard Bank Group, South Africa with responsibility of providing sales and solution structuring support to 10 countries across Southern and Central Africa.

 

She also worked with Standard Chartered Bank, Ghana and South Africa for 10years.

 

 In her last two years in Standard Chartered she held the position of Head of Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace, a role she performed alongside her main  duties as Director Transaction Banking till she moved to Standard Bank  South Africa in 2011.

 

Sandra holds a B. A. Arts degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi and a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from the British College of Professional Management.
